RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Original packaging, tags, invoice, and accessories must be intact.

  • Product should not be damaged by the customer.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or washed products

  • Products damaged by the customer

  • Items purchased under clearance sale or special discounts

  • Personal hygiene or intimate products (if applicable)


3. Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • A wrong product

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing at:

Please share clear photos and order details for quick resolution.


4. Return Process

  1. Email us with your Order ID and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the refund.


5. Refund Policy

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be transferred to your bank account or UPI (details required).


6. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), return shipping cost will be borne by us.

  • In other cases, return shipping cost may be borne by the customer.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
